FAQs

  • Care and Handling for holds/volumes
We recommend cleaning your products with a cold water jet wash. Avoid excessively hot water and/or acid based cleaners as this could negatively affect the colour or texture. To extend their lifespan, care should be taken to avoid dropping, scrapping, or rubbing. Store in a dry area out of direct sunlight and avoid extreme temperatures.
  • Fixation and Safety
Installation should only be conducted by competent and experienced personnel. 5mm wood-screws of appropriate length to allow for 20mm of penetration into the wall surface should be used in all available screw holes. Climbing surfaces must meet BS EN 12572-1 or BS EN 12572-2. The surface must not be curved and the entire hold should fit onto the surface of the wall. If the fixation point is damaged, or a crack is detected, do not use the product. Arrange to return to vol.climbing to be degraded and recycled.
  • Is there any strength differences with 3D printed Holds/Volumes?
As we want our products to survive on your wall for a long time, we opt for high quality materials and manufacture processes. This includes high grade fibreglass and resin for the volumes and rigorous testing against current UK industry standards and regulations. If ever you have any problems with your product, please get in contact and we will conduct an in-depth investigation.
  • How long will it take before I receive my products?
We aim to ensure you get a quality product and therefore, depending on the size of your order, we generally target a manufacture time of 6 weeks. Delivery time will vary if you are ordering from outside of the UK.
